Shipping and Exchange Policy
We ship through Canada Post for all orders. Costs are based on weight of product and size of packaging, determined at checkout.
Depending on which type of shipping is selected, we may provide a tracking number for your shipment during fulfillment.
Generally, your order should arrive between 5-10 business days, but we arrival times may vary due to forces outside of our control (border issues, delays, etc).
Refund and Exchanges
Approximately 10% of your purchase price will be donated to an animal charity! For this reason we are unable to offer refunds.
If you receive your product and it doesn't fit or you would like a different color, please contact us through email@example.com or through our Facebook page to discuss an exchange. This must be done within 30 days of purchase and shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If your product is defective, please contact us through the same link and we will happily repair it or exchange it for a new one. All of our products have a 1 year warranty.
If your purchase was not made through our website but through one of our many retailers, it has to be dealt with through them directly. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for purchases not done through our website.
